個体差はあれど、誰しも成長はするんだけど、ある程度成長してから、そこから先に行くのは簡単にはいかなくて、簡単にはいかない理由や事情はいろいろあるけれど、保守という姿勢を維持しようとするのは自然なことだし、社会的にも必要なんだけど、一方では、そこから先に進む人達がいなくては、新しいものは生まれない。
